Terms and Conditions for using Happy Helpers - Nanny/ Sitter Placement Service
By completing the" Request for Service form" I understand that I will abide by the following terms and conditions for using Happy Helpers Agency
- I will not solicit any of the Nannies/Sitters referred by Happy Helpers Agency.
- I also agree not the refer any Nanny/Sitter referred by Happy Helpers to any friends and colleagues. Instead please refer them to the agency and we would gladly assist them.
- I understand that the Nannies/Sitters are not employees of Happy Helpers Agency but contractors of the agency and thus Happy Helpers will not be liable for any damages caused by the nanny. All Nannies/Sitters are all self-employed professionals. We are a matching service that helps families to find pre-screened child care staff for your family.
- I understand that the $50 registration fee paid to begin the Nanny Process is non-refundable.
- By paying the registration fee and upon hiring one of the Nannies that we referred to you, you agree to pay the agency and you will get 3 months of FREE replacement guarantee. This placement fee is due when you have decided to hire one of our nannies.
- Extended flexi-pay is available (after the first 3 months) upon request for a monthly fee of $75 ( pay as you go- NO CONTRACTS).
- I understand that I will receive a copy of the Nanny's background check, references,and state issused identifications when I have chosen to hire that Nanny.
